1 Use of the App

Pijon – Daily Diary is a personal productivity app designed to help users log daily notes, entries, and personal records. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and not for any commercial or illegal activity.

2 User Responsibilities

• You must not use the app for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse any part of the app.

3 Contacts Permission

The app may request access to your device contacts to help you tag or associate diary entries with people you know.

4 User Content & Data

• Pijon – Daily Diary stores personal diary entries and notes that you create within the app.
• You retain full ownership of the content you create in the app.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by user error, device failure, or uninstalling the app.

5 Advertising

Pijon – Daily Diary displays ads through Google AdMob. These ads help us keep the app free for all users.

6 Notifications

The app may send notifications to remind you about your diary entries or important app updates, if permission is granted.

7 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, code, and content belonging to BitBrood and Pijon – Daily Diary are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without prior written permission from BitBrood.

8 Limitation of Liability

Pijon – Daily Diary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BitBrood is not responsible for:

• Data loss due to user error, device issues, or app uninstallation
• Incorrect or inaccurate entries made by the user
• Any decisions made based on content recorded in the app
• Interruptions or errors in app availability

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if users are found to be in violation of these terms or misusing the app in any way.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from use of this app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
